Job Description:

VistaPrint is building a world class customer centric marketing organization.  As European Segment Specialist  you will create a segment marketing strategy for managing customer relationships that is driven by to business economics and customer profitability.  You will enjoy working with cross country and functional teams to develop and execute compelling marketing programs that drive customer value levers.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Analyse complex online and offline data at customer level, demonstrating an understanding of the use of Transaction, profile and web data.
  • Translate world class customer knowledge into innovative marketing plans by customer segment that drive profitable growth – turn business intelligence into actionable, individual marketing approaches
  • Identify the right customer touch points and frequency, develop offer and incentive portfolios to create value propositions for the target markets, segmenting based on needs and value while understanding and addressing the competitive landscape
  • Identify and address points in the customer lifecycle where development opportunities occur to increase spend and purchase frequency (SOW) or early signals indicate churn and offer proactive solutions
  • Provide concise advice in non- technical terms to internal cross-functional teams to improve campaign performance and to maximize results.
  • Consult and provide the campaign team with audience list selection derived from customer analysis.
  • Leverage campaign management tools to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness
  • Facilitate analysis of programs with analytics team including response analysis, retention/ revenue impact and other key metrics
  • Contribute in the development of new opportunities that improve financial metrics for integrated outbound, inbound, direct mail, email and other multi channel communications campaigns over a period of time
  • Provide the acquisition team with target profiles.

 

Profile

  • Bachelor degree
  • Experience of working in an international matrix organisation with shared targets and responsibilities is a plus
  • Strong communication skills – internally cooperative, be an ambassador in a change management process – externally to find the right “tone of voice” for customer segments  
  • 2-5 years experience in Direct Marketing and Ecommerce preferably with multi channel experience
  • Analytical skills combined with proven ability to develop customer focused marketing strategies and tactics
  • Previous involvement in developing marketing plans.
