Native Czech Translator & Marketing Assistant

As Translation and Marketing Assistant for Czech, you will be responsible for translating web content and advertising creative for the Czech market, will provide general marketing support to the Czech customer acquisition team and will coordinate the implementation of the customer acquisition campaigns. You will assist the channel managers in their efforts to grow the main Czech Customer Acquisition Channels.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented and enthusiastic, and can help push the jobs through internal departments and external partners with ease. This position offers a very wide vision of the acquisition marketing channels and good potential career growth. Reporting directly to the Senior  Marketing Manager, your performance will be measured against monthly and quarterly targets representing a continuous level of support and sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Translate web content and advertisements and marketing campaigns from English to Czech (copy, images, etc.)
• Provide marketing support to the different channel managers in the Czech team
• Set up campaign materials and coordinate all trafficking and testing of creative with external partners
• Follow and implement VistaPrint best practices and procedures
• Act as liaison between the Czech channel managers and our in-house creative team
• Run reports on request and assist in the optimization of campaigns
• Provide overall administrative support to the marketing team
• Maintain and develop effective relationships with external advertising partners

Education, Experience and Qualifications:

• Native Czech language skills (both written and verbal) are essential; strong English language skills are also required
• 1-2 years relevant work experience in online marketing translations
• BA or equivalent degree in Translations
• Course related to Marketing, e-commerce or Business Administration would be a plus
• Strong Microsoft office including Excel skills  
• Basic knowledge and understanding of the Czech online market
• Direct response marketing experience is a plus
• Proactive and with a positive “can do” attitude
• Strong analytical and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
• Planned and disciplined, detail oriented and precise
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
