Job Description: As Associate Manager – Partner Programs, you will be responsible for working with external NTR (Non-Transactional Revenue) strategic partners to define and execute NTR partner programs. In this capacity, you will develop solid relationships with assigned partners and be comfortable presenting to executive level contacts, consistently selling the value of the Vistaprint customer base. You will own the partners programs driving them through implementation acting as a project manager; interfacing with analytics, engineering and creative services to execute projects. A successful individual will be comfortable in a high-performance, target driven, and fast-paced environment. The Associate Manager will be expected to deliver a constant level of growth from many new and existing high-level strategic partnerships. Superior demonstration of business development and project management experience required. Responsibilities: - Own key strategic partners accountable for revenue growth and strategic direction
- Own all implementation of programs with assigned partners as directed
- Establish deep relationships with partners, including some travel, to build relationships and drive partnership communication
- Meet and exceed quarterly targets, and where necessary, change tactics and approaches to ensure results
- Provide vigilance in overall programs and individual partner evaluations to ensure appropriate performance and recommendations for enhancement or discontinuation
- Participate in partnership prospecting within specific companies to qualify, quantify, negotiate and close new partnership opportunities
Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science
- 5-7 years experience
- Experience in account management and direct sales
- Experience in project management
- Experience in direct marketing
- Strong analytical thinking, data-driven and results oriented
- Strong knowledge of the Internet and eCommerce technology and strategy
- Technical understanding specifically is an important plus
- Ability to think quickly and creatively
- Excellent presentation and storytelling skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills and process oriented
- Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Comfortable in a high-energy and fast-paced environment.
