Senior Procurement Analyst - Spain, Remote

What You Will Do:

• Assist the Cimpress procurement team in gathering business intelligence from various systems within Cimpress and 3rd parties.
• Implement digital technologies to improve procurement processes
• Administer Procurement tools, including access, user accounts management, and spend classification.
• Support Category Managers to maintain and update Sievo spend, contract and savings data in real time
• Partner and understand the key priorities and business needs of our internal customers and the needs of the Procurement team (Category Managers, Finance, Supply Chain, and Product teams).
• Help identify business requirements and assist in executing a roadmap.
• Support in collecting data to aid decision-making, including setting up Key Performance Indicators and dashboards.
• Collaborate with 3rd party technology platform providers, such as Sievo, Scanmarket, and Airtable.
• Evaluate supplier proposals to identify opportunities and risks. Create, maintain, and update data for tenders in real time, to support negotiations and decision making in a constantly changing business environment.
• Build relationships with the Cimpress Procurement team, promoting data sharing and transparency.
• Support in ensuring projects are delivered according to expectations.
• Learn from and share best practices across global categories.
• Occasional travel might be required.

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Engineering, Science, Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or Economics).
• 3 years of experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
• At least 2 years procurement analytics.
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate across multiple business units.
• Advanced understanding of data visualization.
• Introductory skills in SQL and familiarity with a BI tool.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with G-suite (Google Analytics, sheets, slides)
• Experience with Sievo or other Spend Analytics tools
• Experience with eTenders
• Project Management proven skills
