The Director, Promotional Products North America, holds a substantial role within VistaPrint, responsible for steering the performance and strategic direction of the Promotional Products, Apparel, and Gifts (PPAG) category across the North American region and member of the PPAG Global Category leadership. This position requires a transformational leader who can drive growth, foster strategic partnerships, and ensure alignment with global objectives, while relentlessly focusing on customer satisfaction and market leadership.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive portfolio strategy for the PPAG category in North America, identifying growth drivers, customer satisfaction initiatives, and market-leading solutions.
  • Lead strategic projects aimed at enhancing the PPAG category's performance and market presence, leveraging insights and industry trends to drive innovation and differentiation.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure alignment with overarching business objectives while representing the unique needs and opportunities within the North American market.
  • Actively participate in the global PPAG Category leadership team shaping the future of VistaPrint PPAG.
  • Oversee the entire PPAG assortment for North America, ensuring product quality, relevance, and customer satisfaction throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Drive key demand elements including pricing, promotions, merchandising, and product experience to optimize performance across all metrics.
  • Partner with NA PPAG Sourcing and Procurement in Supplier and 3PF selection and partner with NA manufacturing in relentlessly improving competitiveness of the PPAG supply chain in NA.
  • Act as the primary liaison for PPAG in North America, representing the category in all regional ceremonies, meetings, and strategic discussions.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, finance, and marketing, to drive alignment and achieve business objectives.
  • Provide guidance and leadership to junior team members and global stakeholders, leveraging expertise and insights to inform decision-making.
  • Drive growth through various levers including new product introductions, pricing strategies, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty by raising the bar on product quality and overall experience.
  • Lead continuous learning and experimentation efforts to redefine and elevate the PPAG category.
  • Drive results by effectively managing multiple complex projects and meeting competing deadlines.

  • Data driven and measurable outcomes approach to work and initiatives.
  • Outstanding communication skills, especially in writing.
  • Strategy consulting experience a plus.
