Principal Product Manager (Ukraine remote)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager for the Search engine department on our website. This role involves comprehensive work to enhance the website's search mechanism and is tailored for candidates with practical experience in working with search systems, data analysis, and an understanding of file ranking and relevance.
You will be required to analyze the quality of the current search engine, both from a data perspective and through visual analysis as a user. Additionally, you will be tasked with proposing further improvements, grounded in both formulaic changes and visual solutions for users.

Responsibilities:
• Enhance the website's search engine by improving its formula and making changes to file ranking to increase search relevance;
• Analyze the quality of the search engine using analytical data and personal analysis from a user's perspective;
• Monitor and establish search engine metrics, seek insights and identify growth opportunities, and track the impact of implemented changes;
• Develop and maintain a prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation;
• Collaborate closely with senior management to cultivate an outstanding product.

About you:
• You have over 3 years of experience working in companies related to search engines, contextual search, or other types of search, where file ranking is involved.
• You possess a technical mindset, coupled with an understanding of the importance of creating a high-quality product for users—a product that is enjoyable to use and effectively addresses users' needs.
