Sr. Supplier Quality Engineer

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you have the opportunity to work on some very interesting quality challenges in our high-tech manufacturing environment that encourages collaboration and work-life balance.

What you will be doing:
This role will ensure the reliability of incoming materials and drive supplier improvement initiatives, not only for our Venlo operations but also for Windsor, Reno, and Deerpark, if suppliers are located within the EU. Reporting directly to the Manager of SQA/Compliance, the successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing our supply chain's quality and efficiency.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Employ supplier management tools (e.g., scorecards, SWOT analysis) to drive supplier improvement and mitigate risk.
• Develop and execute quality plans, perform supplier audits, and implement corrective actions.
• Act as the primary quality management support and single point of contact for Venlo plant regarding supplier issues.
• Own and lead SQM related Key Results and projects to enhance SQA processes.
• Engage in product development processes, ensuring material specifications and compliance are met.
• Conduct comprehensive supplier site assessments for risk mitigation.
• Train suppliers on Vistaprint's Quality Manual and owned systems.
• Interface with the manufacturing team and suppliers to resolve quality and reliability issues.

• Proven experience in Supplier Quality Assurance within a large, international corporate environment.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in supplier management tools and quality metrics.
• Ability to travel 30% of the time to conduct supplier visits and assessments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with global teams and external parties.
• Deep knowledge of procedures, processes, and materials is essential.
