The Senior Product Delivery Specialist, Project Management is responsible for managing the coordination and improvements tied to the product introduction process to add solutions to the Vistaprint portfolio that are both attractive to our customers and enhance our services and capabilities.  The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams from conceptualization through implementation, including phases such as assortment definition, build, test, deploy and capture value.  This person will also need to be heavily focused on process optimization and resource utilization to maximize the throughput and bottom line for the organization.
 
The ideal candidate will be an agile advocate, constantly challenging themselves and their counterparts to rapidly test and learn throughout the launch process.  They will be responsible for working closely with product marketing, product sourcing, technology and manufacturing to drive requirements and results for each product and service launch.  The project manager will become the authority on their products and services and make sure the launches are highly successful and sustainable. 
 
The Project Manager must have an entrepreneurial drive. Every product launch is like a launch of a business and the project manager is responsible for establishing this new market for the short and long term. Success of a project is measured in the candidates ability to bring to market amazing products that generate a positive cash flow while continuously improving the overall experience for the end customer.
 
Responsibilities:
 
Manage key internal client relationships with project stakeholders
Drive project requirements, priorities, deadlines, and software adoption, not just record and manage them 
Lead highly skilled, cross-functional teams (software developers, QA, IT Operations, business stakeholders) across one or more projects
Prepare and present progress reports for management
Continuously improve process and tooling to maximize efficiencies within the product launch process
Agile advocate within category team
Interact with decision-makers by managing expectations and providing master project planning to ensure all agreed upon deliverables are met cost-effectively and according to project timeline commitments
Solve problems, prioritize deliverables and manage project scope
Provide operational support to prioritize issues and acts as the local presence of a global delivery organization
 
Qualifications:
 
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering or similar preferred
5 or more years' experience leading cross-functional projects
Project management experience for a large consulting firm strongly preferred
Agile experience strongly preferred
Must have experience in developing/modifying applications with a team of remote development resources
Proven ability to run cross-functional software development projects and to deliver business results through full project cycle; preferably in a fast changing environment
Must understand 80/20 prioritization
Must have the ability to quickly analyze and solve problems
Must be a team player, highly motivated and detail-oriented
Able to work in an environment at a fast pace and with changing priorities
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
Should have experience in ensuring end user adoption of applications
