Vistaprint is seeking a Director of Total Rewards & Mobility to join our team in Waltham.  Reporting to the CFO of Vistaprint, this strategic position has overall responsibility for the strategy, design, and implementation of Vistaprint’s global compensation, benefits and immigration/mobility programs that enable the company to attract, reward, and retain top talent.
 
As a strategic partner, this role will actively collaborate with leaders across the entire business and manage a global team to execute.  This includes overall leadership, collaboration, design, administration, communication, compliance, and vendor management associated with employee benefits, compensation, and mobility programs.  Aligned to the culture, the successful incumbent will create innovative solutions and remove any constraints that inhibit the organization from attracting and retaining talent. 
 
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and continually advance global compensation, benefit and mobility programs to align with business strategy and culture
- Ensure the right mix of offerings are available to attract and retain an innovative and globally diverse workforce while keeping programs compliance, competitive, cost effective and creative
- Identify opportunities to change existing processes to improve the employee experience including taking advance of the new HR system and self-service implementation
- Manage the annual compensation and LTI planning cycle as well as ongoing compensation inquiries
- Design and delivery of global mobility programs to facilitate the movement of talent across multiple locations, in a way that is compliant with employment, immigration, and tax laws and regulations
- Manage and negotiate with brokers and third-party solution providers and continue to evaluate benefit and perk offerings to ensure cost-effective, compliant, competitive programs, meeting the needs of the company and employees for a location
- Determine appropriate communication strategy for programs depending on audience and location
- Management of employee travel program with the Global Travel Manager, including emergency travel program
 
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required with 10+ years of progressive Total Rewards experience with a minimum of 3 years of management and experience with US benefits is required
- Must have a successful track record of leading the total rewards function for a global, high tech and/or manufacturing company and in emerging geographical markets is a plus
- Innovative thinking and problem solver with the ability to apply Total Reward principals with flexibility and culture at the forefront
- Must have strong analytical skills and the ability to translate technical analysis into executive presentations while providing multiple options to consider and drives the discussion to determine the best course of action
- Strong influencer and communicator at all levels of the organization
- Collaborative and partnership mindset while thinking creatively for solutions to business demands
- Highly developed interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Leadership skills balanced with readiness to play a hands-on role
