    - In this role you will work to develop and implement the Large Format strategy and achieve annual budgets.Continuously improveTCO and performance across Cimpress of the Large Format category and manage the relationship about any subject with the designated Large Format suppliers, develop new ones, and own the commercial responsibility.
    - Responsibilities:

    - Supportthe development of new Cimpress products requiring Large Format  
    - Understandall key figures and KPI’s of the Large Format category 
    - Backfill the Head of Category Large Format when required to do so (vacations, etc.) 
    - “First point of contact”for all suppliers andall Cimpress plants in his/her region 
    - Strategic work: 
    - Co-lead and coordinate any relationship about any subject with all the Large Formatsuppliers delegated to him/her at Cimpress 
    - Co-develop the Large Format procurement Category Strategy across Cimpress, maximizing EBIT at the required quality standards 
    - Implement the different projects (tenders, auctions, …) to secure the annual budget, from the identification of the opportunity, to implementing the project results in the different factories 
    - Lead the delegated supplier relationships of the Large Format category, in a professional, ethical and uncompromising manner 
    - Establish and nurture a strong governance of the category with all internal stakeholders and sponsors within all business units at Cimpress  
    Financial responsibility: 
    - Co-develop and execute the Large Format category annual procurement budget 
    - Identify opportunities, add value and improve the TCOat all Cimpress plants 
    Innovate and continuous improvement: 
    - Develop relationships with Large Formatsuppliers, manufacturers and other companies in the Large Format market, identifying opportunities, LT and ST 
    - Identify new Large Format materials and qualities for the Cimpress group 
    - Create and systematically document market intelligence for the Large Format category 
    - Tactical work: 
    Provide full service: 
    - Ensure all plants are always serviced for their Large Format category requirements 
    - Present multiple sourcing options to guarantee business continuity and minimize risk 
    - Support all Cimpress plants and other functions as “internal customers”for all their contractual, financial or market requirements relative to the Large Format category 
    - Actively manage Suppliers through yearly performance ratings, strategic evaluations/segmentation, and developing plans for key suppliers development 
    - Help prepare annual Commodity Reviews 
    - Develop multiple qualified supplier options to guarantee business continuity 
    - Collect and analyze data from all merchants to decide Large Format priorities 
    - Collect data, analyze and provide meaningful information of the Large Format industry and products in the region  
    - Manage NDA’s and Supplier agreements with support from Legal Team 
    - Support in trouble shooting and clarifying quality, delivery or inventory issues  
    Studies& Experience: 
    - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, financial or technical study 
    (CAPEX roles: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering) 
    - Minimum of5 years regionalprocurement experience, of which at least 2 years in the Large Format(signs & displays) industry 
    - Experience in a large international corporate environment with multiple BU’s, operating in multiple currencies and a decentralized management structure 
    - Experience in negotiations with suppliers and importing processes from Low Cost Countries (in particular China) 
    - High level user of Microsoft applications, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.  
    - Analytical skills, good knowledge of business analysis and costing – TCO models 
    - Fully fluent in English and Italian (spoken and written) 
    - Basic knowledge of legal documents, able to read and interpret contracts, and involve the legal support only when necessary 
    - People Management skills required to interact with a broad spectrum of experience levels, skill sets, business levels and communication methods 
    - Confidence to interact with upper management 
    - Confidence in presenting 
    - Effective communication skills. Ability to clearly communicate thoughts and ideas, both verbally and in writing. 
    - Culturally savvy: understanding the cultural differences of a global company 
    - Ability to build trust-based relationships with internal and external stakeholders to effectively influence to provide ideas and support initiatives 
    - Abilityfocus on critical priorities  
    - Experience working under tight deadlines, with financial targets 
    - Comfortable working in a constant changing environment 
    - Ready to be creative and resolve problems on his/her own 
    - Be a strong team player, able to build trust-based relationships with internal and external stakeholders 
    Work requirements: 
    - Available to travel up-to 20% of his/her time globally, with peaks of 30% 
    - Fluency in other languages, preferably German, Dutch, Italian or French 
    - Proficient in SAP
