    Finance Coordinator
    Vistaprint Corporate Solutions (VCS) is a new stand-alone start up from Vistaprint, focusing on streamlining print solutions for mid-market to enterprise-level companies.  VCS is a fast moving, rapidly growing business unit that has recently experienced an increase in the number of administrative responsibilities within the sales and finance functions. These tasks contribute to essential operations of the business that require quick turnaround times as well as directly impact the overall results of the business.
    As our current customer base continues to grow, the Finance Coordinator will be responsible for creating and editing monthly manual invoices, managing all PayPal transactions, and ensuring all customers are set up properly within our internal financial systems.  This is a visible, cross functional role that will allow an individual to make an impact on the cash inflow but also learn the innerworkings of the business unit.  The Finance Coordinator will report to the business unit’s Senior Business Financial Analyst.
    In this role you will:
    - Create and edit manual customer invoices
    - Structure and send automated invoices
    - Manage PayPal transactions including sending reminders on outstanding payments, generating daily invoices, and tracking paid fees
    - Coordinate with Accounts Payable including overseeing the Accounts Payable inbox, sorting invoices and organizing outgoing payments
    - Organize incoming payments for Lead Accountant
    - Support sales team with ad-hoc requests for copies of invoices, breakdown of invoices, etc
    - Coordinate process for completing new customer forms and requests within SAP
    - Coordinate Corporate Credit Card purchases
    - Manage and organize customer master data in SalesForce and SAP
    In return you will bring:
    - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or another relevant subject
    - Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
    - Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced growth environment
