    Are you interested in a unique opportunity to combine manufacturing and ecommerce in a way that very few are doing as well as Vistaprint? Do you excel in a highly cross functional role? Do you want the ability to drive change across multiple facets and see your impact from start to finish? We are looking for a passionate and influential person to take on the management of our two largest product categories for the North American market.
     
    What you’ll do all day:
    - Own the P&L of our business card and marketing material categories for North America
    - Manage the end to end product lifecycle from concept to cash to sunsetting
    - Define and implement the right assortment that both meets the longer term strategy and fulfills the needs of our target customer key use cases
    - Evolve our product positioning with a focus on changing the perceptions of our customers and target customers from a value player to a trusted marketing partner for any of their marketing needs
    - Work on various levers to drive profit and cash flow including but not limited to Site Experience, Manufacturing, GTM, and Pricing with the goal of bringing our positioning to life
    - Developing product marketing content through customer insights and sales data to be leveraged on our site and in channels that creates customers engagement and demonstrates our product expertise
    - Assess and model the viability and economics of new marketing ideas, define and implement test plans, conduct analyses and make recommendations for product enhancements
    You’ll be measured on how well you:
    - Drive profit– Size, prioritize, and help execute against your most important growth drivers across areas like acquiring new customers, driving repeat orders, and expanding share of wallet
    - Evolve our positioning– we’re looking to take our business card positioning to the next level and appeal more to Higher Expectation customers, while at the same time our brand is aiming to be more than just business cards
    - Create engagement– we’ve tasked ourselves with increasing our engagement with our customers leveraging our product and manufacturing expertise
    - Deliver results–ability to manage multiple complex projects and meet competing deadlines
    We’re looking for someone who:
    - Is an Influencer - Has demonstrated leadership and influencing others across functions
    - Is a numbers person– has experience and is comfortable using various data sources to gauge viability of new ideas, performance of existing projects, as well as determining root causes for performance issues
    - Drives Change - Has shown that they are able to drive business results, from ideation to implementation and can iterate based on learnings
    - Is into the details - Has a strong attention to detail and an eye for quality
    - Has leveraged positioning to change deeply held perceptions
     
    Experience:
    - Bachelor’s degree required; preferred majors: Business, Marketing, Economics
    - 5 – 7 years of product marketing/management, marketing strategy and/or site experience
    - Management of a P&L
    - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
    - Has experience working collaboratively across many functions
    - Proficient in Excel, pivot tables
    - Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
