    We are looking for team members to join our manufacturing expansion in Reno, NV.  We offer day shift positions on an alternating weekly schedule. This shift works Thur. - Sat. (alternate Wed.) 5:00AM-5:30PM. Our benefit package is available to all team members on the first day of employment, including 401K.     JOB SUMMARY:

    The Digital Technician is responsible for the maintenance and repair of equipment in out Digital department. This includes HP presses, cutters, and other machines in the Digital area.
     
    PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    § Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems
    § Adjust, align, replace or repair electronic equipment and assemblies
    § Perform repairs and adjustments to equipment
    § Conduct preventative maintenance duties
    § Operation and maintenance of a HP Presses, cutting, coating, shrink wrapping equipment in the Digital area
    § Maintain personal repair logs using SAP
    § Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
    § Maintain supply of parts in the Digital Kanban (including cycle counting and parts ordering)
    § Must be able to travel internationally (less than 10%)
    - Ensure compliance with appropriate external regulations and internal maintenance policies and procedures
    § Capable of performing repetitive lifting (up to 50 lbs), flexibility for bending and reaching
    § Performing any and all related tasks as assigned by Management
    § Able to stand for long periods of time (up to 12 hours)
     

    REQUIREMENTS:

     
    Digital Technician – Technical

    § Team player who is reliable, eager to learn, train and rotate through the various operations
    §  Able to communicate effectively with the team, as well as outside contractors and regulatory inspectors;
    § Strong dedication to team member morale, customer service, safety, quality and delivery
    - Ability to multitask.
    - Training in Lean Manufacturing, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Automated Building Systems, Facility Life & Safety Systems
    - Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)

     
    Maintenance Technician – Experience

    § Previous experience in a lean or production manufacturing environment
    § Troubleshooting skills and quality check experience
    § Combined Electrical/Mechanical experience
    § Previous experience working on HP presses

     
    Maintenance Technician – Education

    § Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent 
    § Level 1 or Level 2 HP Training a plus
