    Vistaprint is seeking a highly motivated analytical self-starter to join a fast-paced Global Affiliate Marketing team located in Waltham, MA. You’ll be part of a dynamic digital marketing team working frequently with across channels and teams to bring campaigns to market via affiliate partnerships. This role provides good exposure to other areas of the business and offers many learning and growth opportunities for the right candidate.
     
    Responsibilities:
     
    - Own affiliate channel management for NA & ANZ markets including strategy development, reporting, analysis, partner recruitment and affiliate network management
    - Develop strategy for all aspects of Affiliate program including: commission structures, partner recruitment, paid placement strategy and negotiations, competitive monitoring, promotional strategy and partner engagement tactics
    - Supervise day-to-day activities to meet channel strategies and financial objectives
    - Analyse and report on channel KPIs, campaign performance and partner performance trends
    - Promote affiliate management best practices and advocate for channel strategies by forming close relationships with various internal teams
    - Collaborate closely with Global Affiliate Channel counterparts in the Barcelona office
    - Stay on top of emerging trends and opportunities by evaluate new approaches, publisher models, technologies and strategies to grow the channel
    - Innovate, identify and adopt new strategies and opportunities to drive continuous growth
    Qualifications:
    - Previous Affiliate Marketing experience required
    - A BS in Marketing, Management, Economics or a related field from a four-year college
    - Good balance of analytical, technical and creative experience with strong collaboration skills
    - Ability to analyze large data sets and trends to inform strategy and drive business decisions
    - Quick and eager learner with attention to detail and demonstrated ability to manage projects and multi-task
    - Strong communication and organizational skills
    - Ability to respond to shifting priorities quickly and effectively when necessary
    - Solid organizational and project management skills
    - Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work well both independently and in a team setting
