    If you’re passionate about the value social media and content marketing can bring to an organization, then this is the role for you! Vistaprint is looking for a visionary Senior Manager for Content Marketing Strategy that will help lead their content and social media team into the next phase of value generation and expansion.  
     
    The role: 
    - Translate thought leadership and issues close to our customers’ heart into compelling content that helps grow follower base by delivering regular, helpful content that is aligned with their needs and interests
    - Lead a global team of content strategists to identify, curate, create, repurpose, and/or coordinate development of assets to effectively communicate Vistaprint’s brand promise and grow its voice as an authority in the small business market
    - Maintain a 360° lens on owned, earned and paid social media and content strategies along the entire customer journey 
    - Help ideate and execute social-first experiential campaigns and activations that drive buzz (e.g., share of voice) for the brand and generate community involvement 
    - Work with partners across the business to ensure content and social activities gain maximum exposure and integration in all marketing channels 
    - Work closely with Organic Search to enhance the Vistaprint digital footprint and reach new audiences
    - Ensure the social experience is representative of Vistaprint’s brand identity and is relatable to target audiences
    - Evaluate cultural moments and influencer strategies to determine relevancy and appropriate engagement tactics for the Vistaprint brand
    - Manage and allocate budgets for content and social media initiatives
    - Ensure paid social media strategies are well-targeted, implemented and managed in a way that best drives ROI against the campaign and/or program objectives
    - Create and manage a content marketing calendar in partnership with broader marketing team to ensure regular content is spotlighted on the website throughout the year.
    - Leverage industry best practices to implement new content marketing programs.
    - Collaborate with other product and industry marketing teams on joint marketing initiatives
    - Ensure the team is constantly innovating and act as an advocate across the business for the value of content and social media programs
    Requirements: 
    - A./B.S. degree in marketing or related field, MBA a plus
    - 10 + years experiencein marketing or communication  
    - 4-6 years of experience in social media marketing – organic and paid
    - Some multinational setting preferred
    - 10 + years experiencein building and managing teams 
    - Strong program management skills with high attention to detail
    - Exceptional writing and communication skills
    - Experiment managing budgets of $1MM+
    - Broad business understanding, strong analytical abilities and critical, creative thinker
    - Team-oriented mindset, self-driven with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude to get things done
    - Continuous curiosity in business, technology and cultural news and developments
    - Preference for a fast-paced, constantly changing work environment vs. business as usual
    - Embraces change, risk and failure as necessary drivers for success
    - Previous agency and/or agency management experience a plus
    - Ability to work effectively in global virtual teams
    - Ability to influence stakeholders and drive decisions to closure
    - Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
