    Supporting one of the most successful e-commerce companies of all time, the Talent and Experience organization within Vistaprint is looking for top talent! Our job is to create an exceptional employee experience that inspires and supports our teams to deliver their best work for our customers. 
    We are looking for a talented and creative communication specialist to help champion our transformation story both internally and externally.  If you are a brand enthusiast, with a knack for crafting compelling stories that spark change and deliver results and a passion for working in partnership with employees read on! This is a hands-on role for someone who is looking to roll up their sleeves to write, design and create!
     
    What you’ll do all day:
     
    Champion Internal Storytelling Campaign (80%)
    - Assist in the development of key communication messages and creative collateral to bring our transformation story to life in support of our eNPS goals
    - Create and execute a channel plan and calendar to bring our communication strategy to life
    - Work in partnership with senior leaders and employees to understand key barriers to our transformation messages and co-create ideas to overcome them
    - Partner with the Internal Communication team to integrate our transformation story into broader organizational communication efforts where appropriate
     
    Kick-start External Branding  (20%)
    - Help to define and establish our employer brand externally consistent with our transformation story and our employee value proposition
    - Create and execute a communication strategy and plan to bring our employer brand to life externally including how to effectively develop our online presence to support our brand building efforts.

    - Has a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in marketing or communications

    - Is able to think strategically and develop/weigh messaging against a bigger picture
    - Is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office and Social Media Platforms
    - Thrives on momentum and experimentation; we’re constantly trying new things, building upon our learnings, and getting stuff done. You learn quickly and you’re motivated by this.  This also means you work well in ambiguity and changing environments
    - Works well across boundaries;  You’ve got a knack for working effectively with cross-functional team members, and you have exceptional listening, communication and influencing skills. You will work in a unique team environment that relies on a foundation of collaboration
