    We are looking for aProduct Owner for our marketing analytics team to inform our advertising spend and resource investment across paid and owned channels. We seek individuals who have a solid understanding of best practice analytics tools and methods, a learning mindset, an ability to translate disparate requirements into value driven backlogs, and the energy and passion to motivate teams and stakeholders.
     
    What You Will Do:
    - Partner closely with Vistaprint analysts, marketers, executives and other stakeholders to inform advertising spend, execute and analyze well-designed experiments, and uncover insights to drive value for the customer and the business.
    - Apply your domain knowledge to translate specific strategies into actionable analytics backlogs.
    - Work on a cross-functional team to effectively deliver on these value-driven backlogs.
    - Create the right feedback loops so we can constantly monitor whether the work is delivering the expected value.
    You Have:
    - Passion for learning and the motivation to seek out, rapidly absorb, and synthesize new information
    - Strong analytics background and the ability to fully understand the implications of solution options
    - Bias towards thinking in terms of outcomes, not just solutions or requirements
    - Experience creating a vision that articulates the impact we seek to achieve (AKA- the "what") and providing the technology teams with the autonomy to determine how to achieve it.
    - Ability to communicate solution options and highlight tradeoffs
