    We are looking for team members to join our manufacturing expansion in Reno, NV.  We offer positions on an alternating weekly schedule. This shift works Sunday-Tuesday and on alternating Wednesdays 5:00PM-5:30AM Our benefit package is available to all team members on the first day of employment, including the 401K, with company matching. Our positive work environment also includes opportunity for growth.

    The Digital Technician is responsible for the maintenance and repair of equipment in out Digital department. This includes digital printing presses, cutters, and other machines in the Digital area.




    •   Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems
    •   Adjust, align, replace or repair electronic equipment and assemblies
    •   Perform repairs and adjustments to equipment
    •   Operation and maintenance of digital presses, cutting, coating, shrink wrapping equipment in the       Digital area
    •  Maintain personal repair logs using SAP
    •  Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
    •  Maintain supply of parts in the Digital Kanban (including cycle counting and parts ordering)
    •  Must be able to travel internationally (less than 10%)
    •  Ensure compliance with appropriate external regulations and internal maintenance policies.       
    •   Capable of performing repetitive lifting (up to 50 lbs.), flexibility for bending and reaching
    •   Performing all related tasks as assigned by Management
    •   Able to stand for long periods of time (up to 12 hours)
    •   Conduct preventative maintenance duties







    ·         Previous experience in a lean or production manufacturing environment

    ·         Troubleshooting skills and quality check experience

    ·         Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent 

    ·         Combined Electrical/Mechanical experience

    ·         Previous digital printing press training a plus

    ·         Team player who is reliable, eager to learn, train and rotate through the           various operations

    ·         Strong dedication to team member morale, customer service, safety, quality and delivery

    ·         Training in Lean Manufacturing, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Automated Building Systems, Facility Life & Safety Systems

    ·         Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
