Manufacturing Engineer   In Venlo staat ons moderne machinepark waar al onze producten worden bedrukt (visitekaartjes, posters, mokken, raamstickers, flyers, kaarten, fotogeschenken en nog veel meer). Ons machinepark bestaat uit 31.500 m2 met een 200-tal grote machines, genoeg ruimte dus om dagelijks bezig te zijn met mooie uitdagingen als Manufacturing Engineer.   Wat ga je doen? Als Manufacturing Engineer werk je nauw samen met operationele afdelingen voor het realiseren van (technische) product- en procesverbeteringen. Je signaleert, ontwikkelt en implementeert initiatieven die kosten verlagen, productie verhogen en/of kwaliteit verbeteren. Je leidt of neemt deel aan (internationale) projecten. Dit kunnen onder andere projecten zijn voor het introduceren van nieuwe producten en het installeren van nieuwe apparatuur. Je werkt nauw samen met Operations, Maintenance teams, Global Engineering en Lean groepen. Daar waar nodig is ontwikkel en verzorg je trainingen.
